Special place to stay in San Juan

Four day pleasure stay. Freddy and family were superb hosts, helpful throughout our stay. Beautifully restored colonial architecture. Breakfasts were delicious, their coffee pure elixir. Will be back!

The building is was originally a Spanish barracks, the interior is very stylish. The hotel is conveniently located close to the pier, old forts, shopping and restaurants.

Beautiful boutique hotel with excellent service and a perfect walkable location. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and the rooftop deck was great to relax on. The hot tub has a sign up sheet so you can easily relax without strangers. Don’t hesitate and book this today, you will not be disappointed!

Beautifully restored and modernized 18th century building located in center of historic Old San Juan. Staff were warm, professional and attentive. Jacuzzi available on rooftop, WiFi, TV, great free breakfast for guests. We chose a room with a balcony facing charming San Francisco Street. If you don't want to hear street noise late into the night, you might opt for an interior room instead, or use the provided earplugs to block out the night sounds when you call it a day. Walking distance to all the sites, including the massive old peninsular Spanish fortress, "El Morro." Highly recommend 352 Guest House!

The 352 Quest House has been lovingly restored retaining the architectural features of the distant past but offering all the modern conveniences. Freddy, Maria and Teresa own and run this family business and they do everything to make certain each guest has a delightful experience. From the hand crafted breakfast to the rooftop lounge with a view of the city, attention to detail is evident everywhere. The location is perfect for exploring Old San Juan and yet is steps away from the Plaza Colon and taxi's waiting to take you anywhere else you wish to go. I can't imagine a better place to stay in San Juan.

Staff was top notch. Quaint historic hotel beautifully restored to its original glory with modern features. I loved my stay and I’ll return. Clean. Beautiful room. Delicious made to order Breakfast included. Rooftop area with wonderful views of OSJ.
