The staff were very helpful breakfast was good plenty of dishes for all cultures We didn’t eat in any other food than breakfast Rooms comfortable WiFi very good TV channels good Rooms could be better cleaning such as windows balcony area everything else good

They had a lot of value added service such as free foot massage, free round-trip transport to Hoi An and free one way transport to the city. They even had free flow of Pho in the evening. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were huge and modern and impressive. The only thing I didn't like was their hotel front and lobby design because they look quite old and outdated so it's quite a far cry from the interior of the rooms they offered.

All staff are very helpful and caring, we checked out at 6:45am, they even suggested to prepare breakfast for us. It just takes 15 minutes from airport to the hotel

Very nice room. Except breakfast in my opinion was bad. It served Japanese sushi, udon, etc for breakfast. Disappointed with the breakfast and spa area not impressive either. For people who only wants nice room and do not make use of facilities.

Overall it’s a good experience. I stayed three nights. It’s a small boutique hotel but rooms are surprisingly rather spacious. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Hind side. I stayed at lower floor and didn’t get a good night sleep due to the noises outside the whole night and I am a light sleeper. The next day I spoke to the staff and they changed my room which was bigger, at higher floor. Their rooms are not cooling even though aircon and ceiling fan were both on but they got me a floor fan so that works. Overall I still do like it as for the price I pay, the rooms are very good and I get free foot massage.& free pho in the evening.

I've never seen that people can smoke inside of building recently. A location is a little strange for me, the entrance of this hotel is at small street, not beachside road. Staffs at the front desk are very kind, but some staffs at night at the restaurant are noy very skillful and professional.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel four nights. Check in was a breeze and the staff very nice. We had a free foot massage and pho the first night. We were able to enjoy this perk every day but really they were both just not that great so we only did them once. It is a nice touch but if you offer perks they should be done well or don’t offer them. The room was very nice. The bathroom was very good. Huge shower, heated toilet seat and nice design. The air conditioner is not in a great location and didn’t do a good job at keeping the room cool. Also there were ants in the room. The coffee was good in the room. Overall a pretty great room. The Onsen was awesome. I used it everyday. The pool was nice too. The staff were very nice and really tried to go the extra mile. The staff did not seem to know anything about the local area other then the main tourist spots. We knew about the main tourist areas and already had in mind what we would see of those. We were hoping to see more then just tourist attractions. There was no information in the hotel about anything of the da nang area. We were hoping the staff could have been more helpful in sharing the knowledge of the area. The hotel is great and we would stay here again. We thought it was great value.

Beautiful room and furnishings. Staff were uber helpful and attentive. Atmosphere at breakfast and the poor bar was lacking. Perhaps some music and more stylish decor wpuld help. No beach views but only a 3 min walk
