Like what most comments here, the mattress is indeed thin compared to other capsules we've been to (which were way more cheaper). Also the breakfast is just okay. Had better breakfast from other capsules for lower price. Not all toilets have bidet which is quite disappointing too. We're lucky to have the lower bunk. But every movement would really create squirky noise which we suspect might annoy the one staying at the higher bunk. Overall, the place is fancy and spacious.

Very good. If you can not go up steep stairs then request low bunk. Also stairs to get to the PODS.

Very clean and in good condition. Only minor annoyances: Not a lot of secure luggage storage space - the locker will fit most small suitcases and backpacks, but not big suitcases. Also a blue light was in the ventilator and that could not be turned off, it's a bit annoying to have a blue light shining on your head all night. Lighting in the capsules is fine, but the only "light" option for lighting has the light shining directly into your face on the pillow, which is not so convenient if you want only a slight bit of light. Mattress is very thin (5 cm?) and was uncomfortable at times but surprisingly my back doesn't hurt from it. They do give you 2 giant pillows for each person which is nice but a bit annoying because they take up a lot of space in a small capsule.

We had a great experience at this location. The facilities were very clean. Our double bed Pod was clean and felt spacious enough for 2 ppl.

Great location, right in Arab st in the Bugis area. The pods are fairly thin walled though so can be noisy depending on the courtesy of your neighbours .

Really enjoyed my stay there. I would definitely recommend only stay 3-4 days because living out of a capsule for a longer period would be miserable. The only major downsids to this place was that check-in wasn't til 3 pm and they only offered cereal and bread for breakfast, but eating breakfast on the rooftop definitely made up for it. The location was fairly central and the metro was only about a 5 min walk away. Highly recommended if you're looking for an affordable option in Singapore.

The place is basic, but clean, what you’d expect from a pod hotel. They offer toast and cereal for breakfast and have a lot of bars and cafes on walking distance. One bad thing is we used their laundry service and they messed up a couple of items (bleach on my black shirt... c’mon). Overall I say it’s good for a night or two.

The staffs are Friendly and helpful. However the facility there can be improved. For those who want the TV facility, remember to bring yr own ear piece .

I loved the vibe of tye place it was all so cool and space like it was good fun to be there and there is nothing i would change the expirence was increadible....

I really enjoyed my stay here. In-person it appeared to me as it showed online. Location was great. The place was nice and clean. Pods were comfortable to sleep in and I thought quite sizable (at least that was my opinion as a relatively tall young man). Would happily stay here again.
