Check In Instructions Nightmare/Noisy location

The check in process was not clear and extremely difficult. They weren't clear as to where and how I should pick up the key, thus leaving me outside for a total of 3 hours before I was able to check in. The apartment itself was situated in a loud street in Palermo, while it was back facing and not street facing, in the back is a cultural center. On Sundays there are community nights and the noise doesn't go down until 2am if not later. In the daytime, there is a children's school, and hence more noise throughout the day. The apartment itself smelled of mold, and my allergies flared up even more. The apartment itself is as pictured in the photos, it gets a lot of light in the daytime since there are windows on both sides of the flat.

Not really a hotel

This is not really a hotel, it is 16 unit apartment building where some of the units are being rented out on various platforms in addition to expedia. Consequently there is no real front desk. After hours, good luck. Our electronic door key quit working, and we were locked out of our room with no way to get in or even contact the management. Fortunately and strangely, another guest tried their key on our door and it opened! The particular room we were assigned was on the first floor above a street with major bus lines. We couldn't keep the door to the deck open without the loud noise of the buses and the choking exhaust as sometimes up to five buses would be out front idling awaiting the green lingo at the next intersection. The $100 US key deposit was a surprise. But we got it back.

Es un lugar lindo, pero la atención a la hora de realizar mi check in y check out fue de terror, no son claros con la Información que brindan, poca predisposición, y lo peor de todo es que al ingresar me cobraron una garantía de 100 dólares por si algo llegaba a faltar o romperse (cosa que no paso) Ya de vuelta en casa, me llega un movimiento de mi tarjeta al mail por un monto de 150 dólares que realizaron del hotel, cuando llame la respuesta fue “que me lo cobraban por las manchas en los blancos, de maquillaje en las toallas y sabanas” un monto irracional y sinceramente una estafa! El peor hotel que me toco hospedarme en el Mundo
